First-year tuition (2026): R94 600

Requirements

UCT 2027 example: Mathematics 65% in every band; guaranteed admission (Band A) needs 450 FPS with Physical Sciences 60%. Bands B and C need Physical Sciences 55%, with 420 WPS or 390 FPS, and Band C is for specified redress categories only.

UCT has no undergraduate degree named Construction Management: it is a one-year BSc Honours taken after this degree. Your qualification route
  1. Complete a construction management qualification and seek structured practical site experience.
  2. Check the honours or other academic stage needed for your intended professional category.
  3. Confirm SACPCMP registration, experience and assessment requirements for professional practice.

Construction management coordinates delivery; quantity surveying focuses more on measurement, cost and commercial management. They are related but distinct.
